Feds Bust North Jersey Man On Child Porn Charges
A Morris County man was arrested by federal agents Monday on child porn trafficking charges, authorities said.
Igor Michael Terrero, 49, of Succasunna, shared more than 85 media files -- including "images and videos depicting the sexual abuse of children" -- from Aug. 30, 2021, through April 20, 2022, U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger said.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Jessica S. Allen allowed Terrero's release on a $100,000 unsecured bond with home detention and electronic monitoring during a first appearance via video conference, Sellinger said.

Clifton Auto Tech, 25, Charged With Trafficking Child Porn
A 25-year-old Clifton man who works as an auto technician in Morris County was caught trafficking child porn, authorities said.
Angel Garcia is charged with being the leader of a child pornography network, as well as possessing, maintaining and distributing the images, Passaic County Sheriff Richard Berdnik said.
He was arrested on Thursday, May 5, by detectives from the sheriff's Internet Crime Against Children Task Force who found him "distributing several videos and images of child sexual abuse material using Internet chat platforms," Berdnik said.

Feds: NJ High School Food Service Worker Had 1,673 Child Porn Files
A New Jersey high school food service worker was caught trafficking child porn, federal authorities said.
Ezra W. Saphire, 29, of West Orange, was working at a high school in East Hanover (Morris County) when investigators found 1,014 video files and 659 still images of child sexual abuse, U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger said.
"These files included multiple visual depictions of prepubescent children being sexually abused by adults," the U.S. attorney said.

Update: Missing NJ Mom, 2 Toddlers Found Safe
UPDATE: Hsiao and her children have been located and are safe, authorities said Thursday evening.
They will not return to their Montville marital home and are being assisted by state authorities, Carroll said.
No charges have been filed, and the investigation is ongoing, authorities said.
