A 60-year-old man from Monmouth County has been arrested for stealing more than $175,000 from 10 clients who had entrusted him to invest large sums of their money, authorities said. The office manager of a Monmouth County construction company has been charged with swindling her employer out of more than $2.2 million, authorities said.
