A 15-year-old boy has been sentenced to 11 years of custody under the Juvenile Justice Commission in connection with the stabbing death of his dad, a popular and beloved taxi driver on the Jersey Shore. Ibrahim Khater, 15, of Brick Township, previously pleaded guilty to aggravated manslaughter relative to the death of Mohammed Khater, affectionately known in the area as "Moe Cabbie," according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. 14-Year-Old Charged In Fatal Jersey Shore Stabbing Of Beloved 'Moe Cabbie' Taxi Driver
A 14-year-old suspect has been taken into custody and charged with murder in connection with a fatal stabbing of a beloved taxi driver on Saturday, authorities said. The juvenile, whose name has not been released, is accused of killing Mohammed Khater, 38, of Brick Township at 2:45 p.m. in a residence, according to Ocean County County Prosecutor Bradley D.
