Mount Laurel Man Indicted for Stalking Neighbor, Bias Intimidation, Damaging Cars: Prosecutor A 46-year-old Burlington County man has been indicted on multiple charges including bias intimidation of his black neighbors, damaging property, stalking, criminal mischief, drug and weapons violations. The 15-count grand jury indictment was returned Friday against Edward C.
