Arsonists Break Into Jersey Shore Home, Start Living Room Fire: Prosecutor
A pair of men from Ocean County have been charged with setting a home on fire in Little Egg Harbor, authorities said.
Thomas Lester, 20, of Tuckerton, and Ethan Salter, 19, of Little Egg Harbor Township, broke into a National Union Boulevard home on Jan. 8 around 2:15 p.m., then started a fire in the living room, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer said on Friday, March 8.

A man, woman, and dog were found dead in an Ocean County murder-suicide early Saturday, July 29, authorities said.
UPDATE: Police have identified the gunman as a 52-year-old man who killed his ex-wife, Kimberly Hoffman.
The unidentified 49-year-old woman called Little Egg Harbor police around 5:10 a.m., saying she thought someone was breaking into her Whitemarsh Court apartment, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer and Little Egg Harbor Township Chief of Police James Hawkins said.

Jersey Shore Pair Indicted On Charges In 16-Year-Old Boy's OD Death
A pair of Jersey Shore residents have been indicted in charges stemming from the overdose death of a 16-year-old boy, authorities said.
David Belk, 45, and Stephanie O’Neill, 44, both of Little Egg Harbor, were indicted by an Ocean County Grand Jury Nov. 4 on charges of strict liability drug induced death, endangering the welfare of a child, distribution of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to distribute and possession of heroin, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D.
