Toms River Man, 56, Found Guilty Of Selling Heroin, Cocaine: Prosecutor A 56-year-old man from Toms River has been found guilty of dealing heroin and cocaine, authorities said. John Williams was found guilty Monday, March 21 following a jury trial of possession of heroin and cocaine with the intent to distribute both drugs, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer.  Williams was additionally found guilty of possessing cocaine, fentanyl and heroin, Billhimer said. Williams is set to be sentenced on May 13.
