Industrial Storage Facility In Central Jersey Acquired By Boston-Based Investment Firm
Marcus Partners, a Boston-based real estate investment, management and development firm, has acquired 250-260 Mack Place, an industrial outside storage facility in South Plainfield. It's part of a joint venture with Ridgecut Road. Marcus Partners also executed a long-term lease with the current tenant, Ironclad Environmental Solutions. The property spans 3.63 acres and includes two existing maintenance facilities totaling about 13,000 square feet, each with three drive-ins.
