Student Brought Imitation Firearm To School: Howell Twp PD A student brought an imitation firearm to a middle school in Howell Township on Tuesday, March 25, authorities said. At 7:30 a.m., officers responded to Middle School North after the student created a 3-D printed imitation firearm, transported it on the bus and brought it school, Howell Township police said. The incident was reported to staff, who retrieved the firearm, which was inoperable and non-functioning, police said. There is no safety concerns for any students, police said. The investigation is ongoing, police said.
