Woman Ticketed After Being Run Over By Her Own Vehicle In NJ
As if being run over by her own car wasn't punishment enough, the 61-year-old driver was then ticketed for having an unregistered vehicle, authorities in New Jersey said. The accident occurred as the woman was getting out of her 2014 Lincoln near the intersection of Helms Mill Road and Dalton Road around 7:30 p.m. According to Hackettstown Police, the woman “didn’t realize her vehicle was not in park” and fell over as she was exiting the car, which rolled over the left side of her body, kept rolling, and then hit a 2016 Ford parked on Helms Mill Road. Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Woman On Video At Warren County Home Nabbed At JFK Airport
A Monmouth County man police say took videos while raping a woman he lived with in Warren County was arrested Thursday at JFK Airport, authorities said. Andres M. Cardenas Ortega, 32, lived in Hackettstown between Sept. 2018 and July 2019 with the victim, who allegedly found several videos on a digital device and Google account that showed her being sexually assaulted, town police said. UPDATE: A Wayne man must spend more than a year and a half in federal prison for an assault and fierce struggle that occurred after he pulled a pellet gun on a couple who'd been swimming at the Delaware Water Gap. Jeffrey A. Mulcahy, 59, must serve just about all of the 21-month sentence he received Tuesday because there’s no parole in the federal prison system.
