Six People Injured In Seven-Vehicle Crash In Central Jersey
Six people were injured in a crash on a busy road in Monmouth County, authorities said. Holmdel police responded to the crash near the intersection of Route 35 and Laurel Avenue at around 1:17 p.m. on Sunday, June 9, the department said in a news release. Officers found seven vehicles involved with one vehicle smoking, as well as large amounts of oil and gas leaking into the road. Morris County Closes Offices After Gas Leak Caused By Earthquake
Morris County government offices in Morristown are closed for the remainder of Friday, April 5 following the 4.8 earthquake that shook up New Jersey this morning. The decision to close was made as a result of a gas leak in the Administration/Hall of Records building at 10 Court St., which forced an evacuation, Morris County Government said on Facebook. All essential staff and all emergency response personnel are working, Morris County said.

Two women were airlifted to area hospitals and at least four dogs were missing following an explosion in Vineland Wednesday, multiple news outlets were reporting. A bad crash at an even worse South Jersey intersection has drivers fuming. One person was trapped inside a car in an accident at the intersection of Corkery Lane and Blackhorse Pike in Williamstown on Monday morning, according to the local fire department. UPDATE: A ruptured gas line fed the fire that destroyed two retail shops and severely damaged the Hackensack Riverkeeper's office Saturday on Main Street, authorities said.
