Reed Gusciora announced the city has a mandatory 8 p.m. curfew, affecting everyone who isn't working and all businesses, including restaurants, gas stations and corner stores. “Yesterday was Palm Sunday, yet it was anything other than peaceful in the Capital City,'' Gusciora said in a statement.
