Edison Man Among 2 Prowlers Arrested In Overnight Bergen County Foot Chase
Two men, including one with a replica handgun, were arrested early Monday morning, Nov. 18 following a foot pursuit involving multiple Bergen County police departments after they were caught them prowling residential neighborhoods, authorities said. Glen Rock Officer Nicholas Onove was on patrol just after 2:30 a.m. when he spotted two men in dark clothing near properties on Cornwall Road and Gibson Place. Police have identified the five victims killed Monday evening, July 3 by a 40-year-old gunman in a bulletproof vest who opened fire in Philadelphia's Kingsessing section. Suspect Tosses Loaded Gun During Foot Chase In Pleasantville: Police
A 30-year-old suspect reportedly tossed a handgun during a police foot chase before his arrest in South Jersey authorities said. On Thursday, May 19, at 2:47 p.m., Pleasantville Police Sgt. Craig Dennis was patrolling the area near West Pleasant Avenue and Main Street on foot. Dennis attempted to stop a man, later identified as Lamar Parrish, of Pleasantville, police said.
