𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘: A Jersey City driver who authorities said was doing over 100 miles an hour before a head-on crash on a treacherous stretch of road that killed three people was indicted on major charges.
Ziyang Wang, 23, was behind the wheel of a BMW X5 M50i that collided with a Kia Amanti after it came around a blind curve on the wrong side of Paterson Plank Road, just south of Congress Street, on Oct. 16, 2023, authorities said at the time.

Murder: Pair Charged In Fatal Jersey City Shooting
A pair of men have been charged with murder in a Jersey City shooting that left one man dead in June, authorities announced.
Quadre Domnie, 21, of Jersey City, and Jekhi Wade, 19, of North Plainfield, are responsible for killing Kyle Howard, 34, of Newark, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said.
Domnie and Wade shot Howard around 11:15 p.m. on Forrest Street and MLK Drive on Sunday, June 12, Suarez said. Howard was rushed to the hospital in a private car and later died.

Men Who Brought Ohio Teen Girls To NJ Motels Charged With Sex Assault, Prosecutor Says
A pair of men were arrest on accusations they brought two teen girls from Ohio to New Jersey, then lodged them in motels, had sex with one of them and and gave both girls drugs and alcohol, authorities said Tuesday.
The girls, ages 14 and 15, met 32-year-old Norman Berry, of the Bronx, in Ohio, and then traveled together to New Jersey on Feb. 24, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said.
The teens were staying in two, North Bergen motels, where the 15-year-old victim was sexually assaulted by Berry and Tyrell Piazza, 31, of Jersey City, Suarez said.

A North Bergen mom failed to protect her 5-year-old son from a Hoboken man's abuse, leaving the boy with bruises all over his body including his genitals, authorities said Friday.
Earlier this week, Ivan Sanchez, a 30-year-old Hoboken Housing Authority janitor, was charged with beating Heather Cruz's son, Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit detectives, Prosecutor Esther Suarez said.
