Brick Township Fire Destroys Waterfront Homes
Firefighters battled a raging blaze in Brick Township resulting in injuries and destruction to multiple waterfront homes Monday afternoon. Man Stabbed With Machete During Argument In Kearny Walmart
A 43-year-old man was hospitalized after being assaulted with a machete inside of a Kearny Walmart Friday, police said. Police responding to 911 calls found the man inside the store with a deep cut in the back of his head around 10:30 a.m., Kearny police said. The victim was involved in an argument with another man, who then struck him in the head with a machete. The suspect fled the store before police arrived. Dog Attack Sends 2 To Hospital In South Brunswick
Two people were hospitalized after being attacked by a family dog in South Brunswick on Tuesday, police said. A man in his 50s and woman in her 60s were bitten by the family dog, a pitbull, at a house on the 100 block of New Road, local police said.
