NJ Man Was Supposed To Fly To Turkey 10 Days Ago — He's Been Missing Ever Since Enes Aydin was supposed to fly to Turkey from Newark Airport on Nov. 5. But the 23-year-old missed his flight, and his family hasn't been able to reach him since. According to Matt Kahraman, a friend of the family, Aydin is from Turkey originally and was vacationing in Mexico last year, before he flew to Edgewater Park to visit his grandfather. "He was supposed to go to Turkey 10 days ago," Kahraman, "but he never flew." Aydin was last seen last month in New York City. His family is working with the Turkish officials and Edgewater Park police to find him.

Pedestrian Struck, Killed In South Jersey Crash A pedestrian was struck and killed in a Burlington County crash on Route 130, authorities said. Edgewater Park police were dispatched to the Fouite 130 at Pennypacker Drive at about 8:10 p.m. for the fatal crash, police said. The victim's name was withheld pending notification of next of kin, Edgewater Park police said. "The pedestrian was trying to beat the red light, It's very unfortunate," an Edgewater Park police spokesman said. No summonses were issued, he said. No other injuries were reported. The crash remains under investigation.

NJ Transit IDs Man Killed By Light Rail Train Authorities have identified the man killed by a New Jersey Transit River Line light rail train.  Denis Javier Mencia Sanchez, 30, of  Riverside Township in Burlington County was struck at about 10:40 p.m. Friday near the Wood Lane grade crossing, Burlington County, according to New Jersey Transit spokesman Everett Merrill.  New Jersey Transit and Edgewater Park police responded to the scene. There were no passengers aboard at the time of the fatal crash since the train was not in service, Merrill said. New Jersey Transit police are leading the investigation.
