DWI, Unlicensed PA Driver Sought In NJ Crash That Left Victims Seriously Injured: Police
Police in New Jersey have issued a warrant for the arrest of a DWI driver from Pennsylvania wanted in a crash that left two people seriously injured last month.
Mitchell G. Holley, 34, of Downingtown, was heady south on Route 35 in Wall Township on Saturday, Oct. 7 around 6:45 p.m., when his Nissan Alitma left his lane of travel and struck a Mazda CX3, police in Wall Township said.
The 39-year-old Mazda driver and his 31-year-old female passenger, both of Point Pleasant, were extricated, and taken to Jersey Shore University Medical Center, police said.

A teacher saved a Jersey Shore swimmer in distress while surfing over the weekend, and he just so happened to capture it on video.
US Marine Steve Houser, of Toms River, went to LBI Sunday, Sept. 3, to film a promo video for one of Tandm Surf's boards

Houser — who works as a special education history teacher in the PATHS program at Piscataway High School — was surfing out teaching his daughter how to surf when he spotted the struggling swimmers.

A couple from Chester County.is at the center of a sexual abuse investigation involving a teen girl, authorities announced Tuesday.
Jason Lawhun, 42, of Downingtown, was charged with multiple counts of rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, and related offenses, according to the Chester County District Attorney's Office.
Elskamin Lawhun, 48, of Downingtown, was also arrested. She was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

A former Pennsylvania pastor admitted to stealing over $30,000 in parish funds, which he spent on a beach house on the New Jersey shore, and men with whom he had sexual relationships, authorities said.
Monsignor Joseph McLoone, 58, was spared prison time and sentenced to five years of court supervision, the first nine months completed on electronic home confinement, restitution, and other conditions, according to the Chester County District Attorney's Office.
