Brick Woman Stabbed Fiancé Dead In Self-Defense, Authorities Say A 27-year-old Brick Township woman admitted stabbing her fiancé in the chest last year and then driving him to the hospital before he died, authorities said. Ciara Williams pleaded guilty to reckless manslaughter on Thursday, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer said, adding that it was done out of self-defense. There was a history of domestic violence at the couple's apartment, authorities said.
