At 11:37 a.m., first responders from Atlantic Highlands and Highlands responded to report of a drowning victim pulled from the water at the Popamora Point Park off the Henry Hudson Trail, Atlantic Highlands police said. PAPD Officer Jeffrey Croissant saw the 60-year-old New Jersey man go down in the Terminal A baggage claim area shortly after 11 p.m. Monday, authority spokeswoman Lenis Valens said. Officers Oliver Ramclam, Richard McCarthy, Tim Feeney, John Gimigliano and Dan Novelli responded to a call for aid at a construction site opposite Terminal D shortly after 6:30 a.m. Monday, Port Authority Spokeswoman Lenis Valen said.
