Officers Oliver Ramclam, Richard McCarthy, Tim Feeney, John Gimigliano and Dan Novelli responded to a call for aid at a construction site opposite Terminal D shortly after 6:30 a.m. Monday, Port Authority Spokeswoman Lenis Valen said. Officer Thomas McSweeney was the first responder at the Stuyvesant Avenue home, where he was quickly joined by Detectives Geoff Rejent and William Kapp. “Together they continued lifesaving measures and administered a shock from a defibrillator,” Detective Lt.
