Pair Charged With Attempted Murder After Road Rage Shooting: Prosecutor
Two people involved in a road-rage incident that culminated with a nonfatal shooting have been arrested, authorities said. Keyshawn J. Palmer, 29, of Freehold Township and Chyna R.
