Middlesex Man Charged With Vehicular Homicide In Fatal DWI Collision
A 32-year-old man from New Brunswick was arrested in the death of a co-worker struck and killed by a commercial truck, authorities said. Leovigildo Comisario-Salazar, 32, of New Brunswick was charged with vehicular homicide and driving while intoxicated, according to Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Chief Michael J. Biennas of the Monroe Township Police Department.
