Jack Hohwald, an 85-year-old Maple Shade bus driver who was killed on Tuesday, Jan. 28 after being struck by a bus driver at the school, is being remembered for his years of dedication to the school district. The fatal crash happened at Maple Shade High School when Hohwald stepped outside of his vehicle and was struck by another school bus, sustaining fatal injuries, according to Maple Shade police.
