A troubled Bergen County woman wanted in Pennsylvania for harassing and threatening an animal rescue there was arrested by River Vale police during an eviction. Catherine DeLucia, 56, “was uncooperative and refused to comply” with Bergen County sheriff's officers and local police trying to remove her from the Collignon Way home, River Vale Lt. A 48-year-old Cresskill real estate agent was bludgeoned to death with a baseball bat by her stepson, authorities confirmed Thursday. Borough police responding to a 911 call from her husband found the body of Irma Daniels in the family's Stonegate Trail townhouse shortly before 7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 16, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.
