A father of 12 children was stabbed to death outside a Coatesville bar, and now a 54-year-old man is facing a first-degree murder charge, Chester County authorities announced on Thursday, June 5.
Stephen Marquis Johnson, 45, was fatally stabbed in the chest near his heart late Friday, May 16, outside the Midway Bar on East Lincoln Highway in Coatesville, according to a release from the Chester County District Attorney's Office. He died at Paoli Memorial Hospital on Saturday, May 17.

A Pennsylvania man accused of multiple rapes may have additional victims, police announced on Tuesday, March 18.
Nafeas Alexander, 30, of Darby, PA, previously of Leesville, Lousiana, was arrested in February and charged with felony rape forcible compulsion, felony sexual assault, felony IDSI forcible compulsion, misdemeanor false imprisonment, and misdemeanor possession of a weapon, after a victim came forward, Darby Borough Police said.

DNA evidence led to the arrest of a Hawaiian man accused of raping a 14-year-old girl in Lancaster County, according to police.
Avery E.I. Sanchis, 23 of Hilo, Hawaii, was investigated by the Susquehanna Regional police following a report of a 14-year-old girl being raped in Bainbridge on August 7, 2020, according to court documents.
DNA found at the scene was analyzed and matched to Sanchis, say police.
