An Atlantic City police officer working the scene of a crash on Route 30 was injured on Sunday, Oct. 9 when a reckless pickup truck driver struck him, authorities said. A 42-year-old inmate at the Atlantic County Justice Facility remains in a coma after he was brutally stomped by a 26-year-old inmate last week, according to authorities and various news reports. Shakur L. A 51-year-old man from Essex County has been arrested after trying to lure three teenagers into his vehicle in Atlantic City, authorities said. A 31-year-old Atlantic City man was arrested on multiple charges after allegedly firing a gun at his mother, authorities said. On Saturday, April 16 at 8:09 p.m., Atlantic City Police Officer Ivaylo Ivanov responded to South Carolina and Baltic Avenues after receiving information from Sergeant Garry Stowe that a fugitive -- Kevin Robinson -- was in the area, police said.
