There also is opposition to expanding gambling outside of Atlantic City, the poll by Fairleigh Dickinson University found. The survey was released on Thursday, Nov. 10. What Newly Signed Tax Bill Means For Atlantic City Casinos State legislation giving tax breaks to Atlantic City casinos was signed into law by Gov. Phil Murphy on Tuesday night.
