Barnegat PD: Fireworks Blast Above Township Like 'Magic Kingdom' Most town-sponsored Fourth of July fireworks were canceled or postponed this summer due to coronavirus concerns.  But residents of Barnegat Township were treated -- or to some residents mistreated -- by 10 times the usual number of amateur pyrotechnic displays, police estimated.
