An 11-year-old boy who went missing after attending an event with his mother in Center City has been found safe, Philadelphia police announced on Saturday, Sept. 13. Isaiah Kelvas wandered out of the Spruce Street exit of the Kimmel Center Arts Fest at approximately 12:45 p.m. and was reported missing by his mother, police said. He was located a short time later by Upper Darby Police in the vicinity of the 69th Street terminal, according to authorities. In a national alert, police are circulating photos of a woman who was struck and killed by a train 15 years ago on the Jersey Shore. The New Jersey Transit Police Department – Detective Bureau is reviving an investigation into the cold case from June 15, 2008, when the woman was struck in Brielle. A 63-year-old man has gone missing in South Jersey. Duane Myers is from the Clementon section of Gloucester Township, police said. He last spoke with a family member on Thursday, Sept. 29. HELP SOUGHT: A 15-year-old boy suffered a serious eye injury when he was shot with a paintball gun at the Willowbrook Mall, said police who turned to the public for help finding those responsible.
