Missing 11-Year-Old Boy Found Safe After Disappearing In Philadelphia: Police (Update) An 11-year-old boy who went missing after attending an event with his mother in Center City has been found safe, Philadelphia police announced on Saturday, Sept. 13. Isaiah Kelvas wandered out of the Spruce Street exit of the Kimmel Center Arts Fest at approximately 12:45 p.m. and was reported missing by his mother, police said. He was located a short time later by Upper Darby Police in the vicinity of the 69th Street terminal, according to authorities.
