Monmouth County Man Found Floating In Hackensack River: Prosecutor A 49-year-old Cliffwood man was found floating in the Hackensack River on Tuesday, Jan. 28, authorities said. At 4:30 p.m., the Jersey City Police Department was notified of a body floating underneath the Pulaski Skyway and Bryan Linington was found floating in the water, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. Linington was removed from the water by the Jersey City Fire Department and pronounced dead at 7:30 p.m., Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said.
