A person was struck by a PATCO train in Haddonfield, causing delays and prompting an investigation, officials said. The person entered the track area at the Haddonfield station as an eastbound train approached at around 11:10 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 18, a PATCO spokesperson said. The train "made contact" with the person and they were transported to a nearby hospital. Their condition was unknown as of press time. A Ewing man died and another man was injured in an early morning shooting outside a Trenton bar, authorities said. Kristoffer Givens, 47, was shot and killed outside Al-Lee’s Bar and Lounge on Dickinson Street, Mercer County Prosecutor Theresa Hilton said in a news release. Teen On Bicycle Suffers Serious Injuries In South Jersey Crash, Troopers Say
A teen riding a bicycle was seriously injured when they were hit by a car in Pittsgrove, authorities said. The 14-year-old was struck on County Route 553 on Tuesday, Aug. 27, a state police spokesperson said. Troopers responded to the crash near milepost 27.7 at around 11:35 a.m. Investigators said the teen left a parking lot and didn't yield to traffic.
