A New Jersey mother is pushing for a new law following the death of her 6-year-old special needs daughter, which led to the arrest of a bus monitor.
Fajr A. Williams was apparently strapped incorrectly when her bus went over a series of bumps on Monday, July 17, as Daily Voice previously reported citing the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office.

Antwan McKoy, 37, of Maple Shade, NJ, is charged with involuntary manslaughter, simple assault, reckless endangerment, and harassment, said Bensalem police in a release.

Dylan E. Rodriguez, 21, lied on the stand in the murder trial of Lexie Burke, the alleged mastermind of an armed robbery that left David Duque-Soto dead, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said Monday.

Cumberland County Man Found Guilty Of Manslaughter: Prosecutor
A 33-year-old man from Cumberland County has been found guilty of manslaughter, authorities said.
Raheem Jacobs, of Bridgeton, was found guilty of the Aug. 11, 2015, homicide of Keon Butler, also of Bridgeton, according to the Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office.
A Cumberland County jury returned the verdict Thursday, May 26, finding Jacobs guilty of second-degree reckless manslaughter following a two-and-a-half week trial.
The homicide occurred while Butler was driving a minivan near the intersection of North Laurel and Myrtle Streets in Bridgeton, the prosecutor said.
