Atlantic City police said 26-year-old Eric Blanco-Reid and 24-year-old Brianne Cox, both of Brooklyn, NY, were arrested.  Officers responded to a fight on the beach block of Arkansas Avenue at around 7:15 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 5. They found the victim, a local cab driver who gave a ride to Blanco-Reid and Cox. The couple refused to pay when they arrived at their destination, according to police. On Wednesday, Dec. 20, at 2:25 a.m., Surveillance Center personnel alerted patrol officers to a burglary in progress at a restaurant in the 3000 block of the Boardwalk.
