Okabesini-us issued the recall for about 2,180 Little Rawr Silicone Pull String Teething Toys, the Consumer Product Safety Commission announced on Thursday, Aug. 6. The teethers violate the mandatory federal toy safety standard because the silicone strings are smaller and longer than allowed. The 29-year-old died from the effects of heroin and cocaine, the County of Los Angeles Department of Medical Examiner announced Friday, Aug. 7.
