FBI Arrests Man Accused Of Sucker Punching Elderly Victim Unconscious In Fort Lee: Prosecutor A 29-year-old New York man has been charged in a Fort Lee shopping mall assault that let a 77-year-old comatose for two months, authorities announced. Efrain Escobar, of the Bronx, had gotten in an argument with the elderly man at Plaza West Mall on Bergen Boulevard just before 7:15 p.m. Monday, April 8, after a minor motor vehicle crash, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.
