At 3:31 a.m., on Friday, Nov. 14, Alfredo Huertas-Vidal was driving a motor vehicle while impaired in Buena Vista Twp when it left the roadway in on multiple occasions before striking a tree in the woods, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said. Huertas-Vidal was traveling at 108 miles per hour at the time of the crash. Huertas-Vidal's passenger, Luis Martinez, a 43-year-old Vineland resident was killed in the crash, authorities said.
