South Jersey Motorcyclist Killed In Crash After Going Airborne: Njsp
A 41-year-old Chesterfield motorcyclist was killed in a crash in Monmouth County on Tuesday, Aug. 18, authorities said.
At 9:48 p.m., Jack Reilly was operating a Kawasaki motorcycle north on County Road 27 in Upper Freehold Township when he lost directional control of the vehicle, ran off the roadway to the right, struck a utility pole support, struck a road sign, went airborne and landed in a nearby field, Christopher Postorino, a spokesperson for the New Jersey State Police said.

A 29-year-old Toms River man was sentenced to three years in prison on Tuesday, Aug. 18, after pleading guilty to making threats in a road rage incident, authorities said.
Frank Marin pleaded guilty to terroristic threats, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said.
