Former Rutgers Assistant Dean Found Dead In PA State Gamelands: Coroner A UPenn PhD candidate and accomplished lawyer who once served as an assistant dean at Rutgers University was found dead in Pennsylvania State Game Lands, the Lancaster County Coroner's office and his family announced on Monday, Sept. 23.  William "Bill" J. Zee, 50, of the 120 block of Front Street in Lititz was found dead in the PA Game Land located near US 322 and Pumping Station Road in Elizabeth Township, according to Chief Deputy Coroner Eric Bieber. Tornado Watch Shifts, Now Covers These Counties Across NJ, PA As Debby Creeps In The National Weather Service has shifted its tornado watch across New Jersey and Pennsylvania as Hurricane Debby creeps in. In New Jersey, the tornado watch is in effect through 10 p.m. Friday, Aug. 9 and covers Bergen, Essex, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Morris, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union and Warren counties in North Jersey. In Pennsylvania, the tornado watch is issued in Lehigh, Northampton, Carbon, Monroe, and Bucks counties.
