Heroin, Cocaine: Newark Man Arrested After Traffic Stop, Police Say A 38-year-old Newark man was arrested and charged after drugs were found in his vehicle in Stafford, authorities announced. At 10:17 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 7, Brandon Felix's vehicle was stopped near Route 72 and Stafford Square, Stafford Township police said. During the course of the motor vehicle stop, officers developed suspicion that Felix was in possession of a controlled dangerous substance inside the vehicle, police said.
