Routine Traffic Stop Turns Up Drugs, Cash In Lower Moreland, Police Say A routine traffic stop in Montgomery County led to a major drug bust, according to police. Lower Moreland officers were patrolling Welsh Road when they saw a silver Infiniti sedan, heading east with a wrongfully attached license plate on it around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 1, police said in a release.  The vehicle was occupied by two males, among them, passenger James Nogeuras Jr., police said. Nogeuras was charged with possession with intent to deliver and intentional possession of a controlled substance.
