The home at 10 Union Ave., in Clifton was listed at $649,900, but the new owners closed on $750,000 this week, listing agent Juan Gamarra said.

"The Clifton market is always a hot market, specifically if it's a two-family home centrally located," Gamarra said. "This particular home had many qualities that made it very unique. The multiple car parking, the convertible garage as well as a finished basement gave the property a value of its own, and I think me and my team did a great job highlighting that to every prospective buyer."

The house has six bedrooms and three bathrooms. It's turn-key and an "incredible" investment opportunity, Gamarra said.

In fact, the top unit is already tenant-occupied, "providing significant monthly cash flow," Gamarra said.

The bottom unit features two bedrooms with an additional room connected to the fully finished basement, Gamarra's listing reads.

The house is within walking distance to dining and shopping along Main Street, with easy access to transportation and major highways.
