A 61-year-old Toms River man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and drug possession in Lakewood, authorities announced Tuesday, June 9.
On Saturday, June 6, officers conducted a traffic stop and determined the driver, Robert Gadson, was impaired and placed him under arrest, Lakewood police said. A search conducted as part of the investigation resulted in the seizure of marijuana, cash, and items commonly associated with the distribution of controlled dangerous substances, police said.

A Pennsylvania man wanted on more than a dozen child-sex-assault charges and a New Jersey man wanted on felony drug charges were arrested together after a traffic stop in New York, the sheriff’s office announced on Thursday, Nov. 13.

Nicholas Braun, best known as Cousin Greg on HBO’s Succession, was charged in New England on suspicion of driving under the influence after a late-night traffic stop over Labor Day weekend, authorities said.
TMZ first reported that police in Moultonborough, New Hampshire pulled Braun over Friday night, Aug. 29, and booked him into the Carroll County lockup for about an hour before releasing him on his own recognizance. A child who vanished from Georgia more than a year ago has been safely found in Connecticut after a traffic stop unraveled a disturbing case of custody interference, authorities said.
The child’s mother, who did not have legal custody, fled with the child during a scheduled visit on October 23, 2023, violating a court order from Cobb County, Georgia, according to the US Marshals Service.

On Thursday, March 20, detectives began surveilling Jonathan Acosta’s residence, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said.
