School Bus Involved In Three-Vehicle Crash On Jersey Shore, Minor Injuries Reported A school bus and two other vehicles crashed in Neptune Township, officials said. The crash happened on Route 33 East near the intersection with Jumping Brook Road, the Neptune Township Office of Emergency Management said in a Facebook post at 8:46 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 9. No children were on the bus during the crash. Neptune paramedics responded to the scene to treat people for minor injuries. Wall Township police responded to the crash at around 5:31 p.m. on Friday, July 5, the department said in a news release on Monday, July 8. It happened at the intersection of Route 34 and Hurley Pond Road near Monmouth Jet Center. Investigators said a 25-year-old Farmingdale woman was driving a 2017 Honda CR-V on Route 34 North. 2 Vehicles Hit, Kill Pedestrian On Garden State Parkway Ramp, Police Say A 46-year-old pedestrian trying to cross an exit ramp off the Garden State Parkway was killed by passing cars over the weekend. Mohammed Uddin was crossing the Exit 123 ramp in Sayreville around 9:45 p.m. Friday, May 31, when he was struck by a Dodge SUV and Buick SUV, heading south near milepost 124.6, New Jersey State Police Sgt. Jeffrey Lebron said. Uddin, of Old Bridge, was pronounced dead. No other injuries were reported.
