Special Needs Child Left On Bus For Hours, Driver Charged: Morris County Prosecutor A 61-year-old bus driver was arrested and charged after a 4-year-old with special needs was left on a school bus for more than two hours in Morris County, authorities announced Monday, July 28. The child's absence on Thursday, July 10, was first observed by staff at Valley View Elementary School in Towaco, Morris County Prosecutor Robert Carroll, Chief of Detectives Robert McNally, and Montville Police Chief Andrew Caggiano said.
