Naked Man Harassed Women, Touched Himself At NJ Apartment Complex, Police Say Police were looking for a man who had been harassing women while naked in a South Brunswick apartment complex, authorities said. The South Brunswick Police Department said a man has been approaching women at least five times in the parking lot of the Royal Oaks & East Garden Apartment Homes since July. The only article of clothing the suspect wore was a ski mask. Investigators said the man goes up to the women and "aggressively manipulates his waist area." Motorcyclist, 45, Killed In Route 1 Crash: Police A 45-year-old motorcyclist from Essex County was killed in a crash on Route 1 in Edison, authorities said. Alexander Chong of Belleville was killed when he struck the rear of a vehicle stopped at a red light, Edison police said. He ended up under the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. The crash occurred at about 8:15 p.m. on Sunday, July 28 northbound near Old Post Road North. Pedestrian Crash Temporarily Closes Route 1 (Updated) A pedestrian crash temporarily closed Route 1 in Central Jersey, authorities said. The crash occurred at about 9:45 a.m. on Thursday, June 27 northbound near Adams Lane in North Brunswick Township, according to the NJDOT and local police. There were no serious injuries, North Brunswick Police Capt. Brian A. Hoiberg said. "The scene was cleared in less than a half hour," Holberg said.
