Brandon Rudd, 34, of South Mills, NC, was charged with attempted murder and weapons offenses, state police said in a news release on Thursday, Dec. 12. Nypd Officer Charged In South Jersey Road Rage Shooting, Prosecutor Says An NYPD officer has been charged in a South Jersey road rage incident in which a motorist was shot, authorities said.
