Accused Gilgo Beach serial killer Rex Heuermann was formally charged with murdering a seventh victim. Heuermann, 60, of Massapequa Park, was indicted for second-degree murder in the killing of Valerie Mack in Suffolk County Court on Tuesday morning, Dec. 17. Mack, a 24-year-old Wildwood, NJ woman was working as an escort when she disappeared in 2000. A group of hunters discovered her skeletal remains wrapped in a plastic bag in a wooded area of Manorville in November 2000. Suspects Wanted For Stealing Ferrari, Porsche From South Jersey Neighborhood: Police
Moorestown police were looking for whoever stole two luxury cars that were found in Newark, authorities said. A Ferrari and a Porsche were stolen on the 700 block of Lippincott Avenue early in the morning on Monday, Sept. 30, the Moorestown Police Department said in a news release. Officers were responding to separate attempted break-ins on nearby Oak Avenue when the cars were taken. The cars were recovered in Newark on Wednesday, Oct. 2.
