Man Stabbed To Death On Home's Porch, South Jersey Woman Charged With Murder: Police

A Bridgeton woman was accused of stabbing a man to death on the front porch of a home, authorities said.

Wendy Perez, 27, was charged with murder, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and unlawful possession of a weapon, the Bridgeton Police Department said in a news release on Monday, Dec. 2. The Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office identified the victim as 26-year-old Rafael Morales-Domingo of Bridgeton.

Officers responded to reports of a man screaming on the 300 block of Atlantic Street at around 6:55 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 1. Morales-Domingo was found on the porch with stab wounds and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Perez was arrested and held in the Cumberland County Jail.
