Man Caught With Crack In Jefferson Valley Mall Parking Lot, Police Say
A 60-year-old man in a suspicious van was busted with crack cocaine in the Jefferson Valley Mall parking lot in the middle of the day, police said. A plainclothes police officer from the Yorktown Police Department approached the van in the parking lot at approximately 2:20 p.m. on Aug. 1, when he said he saw Mahopac resident Robert McGuigan “acting in a suspicious manner.” Officers approached the vehicle for further investigation, police said.
