Convicted Felon On Parole Charged With Dealing Heroin In Hudson Valley A 21-year-old convicted felon who was on parole is behind bars after being busted for dealing drugs, state police said. Investigators conducted a narcotics investigation which led to the execution of a search warrant at 421 Maple Street in the City of Poughkeepsie on Friday, Feb. 2.
