According to Ten-X, the 121-room Holiday Inn Express in Dutchess County on Route 9 in Poughkeepsie will be auctioned on Wednesday, Nov. 20. The company-owned property was originally put up for sale in 2020, but it was pulled due to the pandemic and market plunges.  Ten-X says the property is offered unencumbered by management and debt. The Armonk-based company said the report, which said the company hired a consulting firm to help with the strategy, was not accurate and they don't comment on speculation, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal. The company, which is headquartered in Armonk, saw revenue decline .4 percent in its latest quarterly report, the 22nd consecutive quarter of year over year declines. Profits fell 4.5 percent to $2.73 billion.
